Because our beef and seafood are perishable and temperature-sensitive, returns generally cannot be accepted. If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly so we can review the delivery and make it right when eligible.
Eligible issues
Please contact us if your order arrives with:
- Incorrect or missing products.
- Visible damage that affects the product.
- A delivery or packaging issue that may have compromised food safety.
- Another quality issue that is documented promptly after delivery.
Report within 24 hours
Message us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the shipping box, label, packaging, and affected products. Keep all packaging and products until our team finishes reviewing the request.
Food-safety note: If a product arrives warm, leaking, unusually swollen, or otherwise appears unsafe, do not taste it. Photograph it, keep it separated, and contact us immediately.
Resolution
After review, eligible claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. The appropriate resolution depends on the issue, available documentation, inventory, and delivery circumstances.
Non-refundable situations
- Requests submitted more than 24 hours after confirmed delivery without a documented reason for delay.
- Incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, refused deliveries, or failure to retrieve a shipment promptly.
- Products stored, thawed, or handled contrary to the care instructions.
- Natural variations in marbling, shape, color, catch characteristics, or weight within the stated product specifications.
- Preference-based concerns after a product has been opened or prepared.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or canceled. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
